GMCS automates management of finance in RDI Group

RDI Group – one of the leading investment development companies managing a portfolio of land assets, developer projects and a real estate in the Moscow region. Now the developer portfolio of RDI Group is provided by 12 projects.

For the purpose of increase in effective management of financial flows and investments of RDI Group the project of automation of these business processes, key for development company, was initiated. At the time of start of the project for conducting budgeting and management accounting RDI Group used the Microsoft Dynamics AX system while financial and tax accounting was implemented in other system. With the partner in project implementation of RDI Group attracted GMCS for which in the fall of 2010 the task of automation of a full stroke of financial management in a single system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX was set. Existence of a number of successful implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics AX in the financial sector, including in investment companies, played an important role when choosing GMCS by the contractor.

Now in all companies entering into RDI Group specialists of GMCS perform works on automation of tax accounting, including the VAT and income tax, fixed asset accounting and intangible assets, objects of capital construction, inventory stocks, banking and cash activities, the financial investments. Also in Microsoft Dynamics AX processes of calculations for the credits and loans, income and expenses, settlings with suppliers and contractors, buyers and customers, advance holders, settlement between legal entities will be automated.

Among advantages which will be got by RDI Group upon termination of the project, – a possibility of automatic allocation of costs on types of activity and services and also convenience of reporting on group. In particular, for the purpose of obtaining the regulated reporting just in time by specialists of GMCS implement the flexible data transmission interface from a former information system of financial accounting in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
