Transition to electronic public and municipal services continues in Tula region

In the city of Novomoskovsk of Tula region started implementation of an information system of BARS.web Education. A system will provide to residents electronic access to the public and municipal services in the field of education. The project is implemented by CREDO-S company which is a partner of the system developer of BARS GROUP.

A system is implemented in the form of the web portal by means of which a number of electronic services is provided. Being at home, parents have an opportunity to submit the application for transfer of the child to kindergarten and to get automatically in an electronic queue. After that data come to body of completing where the decision on transfer of the kid is made, and to the applicant comes SMS or e-mail notification.

Using the section Personal account of a system parents of school students will always be aware of estimates, the class timetable and homeworks of the child, will be able to obtain information on the organization of educational process (curricula, working programs, training courses, etc.), information on carrying out the state (final) certification and the USE and also to interact with each other on social network which is also provided on the portal.

Maintaining the electronic diary and magazine allows to increase quality control of educational process due to providing access for pupils and their parents to information on estimates. The electronic journal is identical to the magazines existing on paper carriers. It contains general information about pupils, indicators of physical fitness, data on the number of the days and lessons missed by pupils, the summary sheet of accounting of progress and behavior, the note on maintaining the class book.

At all grade levels on each student the uniform portfolio in which data on educational and nonlearning achievements and also data on transfer from one to other educational institution are collected is conducted. Approach automates education quality evaluation. Thanks to it it is possible to judge progress of pupils and competence of teachers more objectively.

Novomoskovsk – one of those municipalities in which transition to rendering the public and municipal services in electronic form is among priorities. At the same time in the city solutions of BARS GROUP are actively used. Now there the BARS.web and Uniform Registry system which allows citizens to register far off in acceptance in clinics already works.

The certificate of the All-Russian Research Institute of problems of ADP equipment and informatization (VNIIPVTI) testimonial of registration in the Register of Fund of the replicated information systems of the electronic governments of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation and electronic municipalities is appropriated to this solution.

Certificates are issued based on examination of software products which purpose was a detection of standard solutions which can be offered regions for implementation.
