At the enterprises of OZNA company the project stage of implementation of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8 was completed. Management of manufacturing enterprise". Today the program successfully functions in 30 automated workplaces.

Before implementation at the enterprise functioned several information systems developed on different platforms and languages. For ensuring interrelation between these systems was the 1C: Consolidation software product is purchased. Besides, the large volume of information was entered at the same time and in parallel into several systems.

The management of the enterprise made the decision on implementation of a single system of enterprise management based on the program "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise".

The following business processes are automated:

  • 1. In contractual department:
    - input of partners and delivery agreements of products;
  • 2. In accounting:
    • accounting of settlement with advance holders; fixed asset accounting;
    • material accounting in warehouses (purchase, sale)
    • accounting of overalls and the special equipment in operation;
    • material accounting in production (shop storerooms, a WIP);
    • accounting of finished goods; accounting of settlement with partners;
    • obtaining various management and accounting records;
    • formation of the purchase ledger and sales ledger;
    • cost accounting of production and closing of month;
    • payroll and insurance premiums;
    • formation of the managerial and regulated reporting (regarding the salary and insurance premiums, including the personified accounting).

  • 3. In according to plan (financially) - economic department:

    • bank, cash desk;
    • planning of expenditure and cash receipt;
    • cash flow analysis;
    • input of planned cost on products;
    • input of sales plans;
    • analysis of release and implementation of finished goods;
    • plan-fact analysis of sales;
    • plan-fact analysis of cost value of release;
    • the analysis of settlement with partners (receivables and payables);
    • development of subsystems Budgeting and "Accounting according to IFRS" is planned.

  • 4. In department of personnel management:

    • registration of personnel of the organization;
    • formation of sheets of a time recording;
    • formation of the different reporting.
