The United Coordinates. Ural company, the regional partner of M2M Telematics Group, completed the first stage of system implementation of monitoring and control of transport based on GLONASS in the Cisural branch "Kongor-Hrom" of Chelyabinsk Electric Steelworks located in the settlement of Kharp of the Cisural district of the Tyumen region. The navigation and coherent equipment equips 70 units of the factory equipment.
The equipment of GLONASS is installed on the special trucks and the fuelling equipment working in career of the settlement of Kharp of the Tyumen region. All vehicles are completed with the exchange service stations M2M-Cyber GLX including sensors of a backing, operation of the engine, opening of a body and also fuel level sensors and the transported liquids.

Transport and special equipment work at low temperatures and as earlier many believed, at insufficient visibility of the GLONASS satellites. Chelyabinsk Electric Steelworks - the producer of ferroalloys, largest in Russia, including over 50 structural divisions of ferroalloy and electrode production. Among them there are 8 ferroalloy workshops, 6 workshops on production of electrode products, workshop of lime, two workshops on processing of slags, railway and motor transportation workshops, workshop of networks and substations, the central factory laboratory and three tens more non-productive departments and sections.
At head office of plant 2 dispatching workplaces equipped with the software packages CyberFleet allowing to control in the automatic mode observance by transport of routes and schedules and also to stop unauthorized use of the equipment and plum of fuel are set.
As noted, system implementation of monitoring and control of transport based on GLONASS allowed ChEMK to cut down operating expenses of the park of the equipment. According to the results of implementation the enterprise could also increase efficiency of the equipment due to full control of work of drivers that allowed to exclude outages of technology and to strengthen general production discipline of personnel.
