In the conditions of the distributed structure of Holding company "ENSO-GROUP", existence of the separate, but interconnected activities the key value is purchased by issues of consolidation of information, carrying out the operational analysis of activity as all holding in general, so by separate divisions. Resolve these issues without use of modern information technologies impracticablly.

For this reason at the enterprise the decision on implementation of the integrated management system (ERP system) was made. With its help it was going to automate the main business processes of divisions of the company and to provide top management with the consolidated information necessary for acceptance of management decisions. After the analysis of offers of the market the choice was stopped on the Galaktika ERP system.

Within the project of control automation on the basis of the Galaktika ERP system business processes of management of logistics, accounting and financial planning, production management were automated.

Regarding logistics management at all enterprises which are a part of the ENSO-GROUP Holding company, means of the Galaktika ERP system solve problems of management of supply and sale, an inventory control and also settlement with suppliers and receivers is controlled.

Also in all divisions of Galaktika ERP company allowed to increase efficiency of accomplishment of the processes connected with accounting. On the basis of a system management of financial and settlement, cash, economic transactions is conducted, fixed asset accounting and intangible assets is implemented, the accounting records according to the legislation are prepared. Besides, in management personnel of holding using Galaktika ERP the system of financial planning was constructed and the problem of consolidation of budgets is solved.

In production division of the holding company based on the Galaktika ERP system the processes connected with conducting production accounting are automated. This movement of resources in production by the performed works, structural divisions, etc., transfer of production documents for processing in accounting, formation of production reports. In plans for future management of the enterprise notes the solution using the Galaktika ERP system of problems of corporate management by orders, control of the assortment sales plan, operational financial management and also personnel management.
