JSC St. Petersburg Bank and Cleverics company announced in April, 2011 project completion on implementation of processes of management of configurations and changes.
The project was further work on development of the management system for IT services (MSIS) of St. Petersburg Bank. Within the project change management processes and configurations were created and started and the automation system configuration based on the product OMNINET OMNITRACKER meeting the requirements of new processes is constructed new, unique.
At the first stage of project implementation on development of a management system for IT services incident management processes and problems were implemented. Implementation of change management processes and configurations became the second stage of works on development of SUIS. Together with bank representatives specialists of Cleverics developed structure of CMDB which provided a possibility of creation of service and resource model. During development requirements of key consumers of information were considered. At the same time within the project questions of accounting and making changes not only in infrastructure the, but also in the software used by specialists of St. Petersburg Bank were considered.
Main objectives of the project were: providing assessment and the risk control connected with carrying out changes in the operated information systems; stability augmentation of information systems due to reduction of number of the incidents connected with carrying out changes and also creation of information basis for processes of management of IT services due to creation and updating of logical models of IT of infrastructure and IT services. At the moment it is possible to claim that effective objectives are achieved: processes are implemented and are step by step started, gradually expanding a scope of processes.
According to the director of Directorate of information technologies of JSC St. Petersburg Bank, Yaroslav Shelin, the executed project was logical continuation of the works on creation of a complete management system for IT services begun in 2008: "With emergence in the system of two new processes we received the additional level of control of implementation of changes in our IT infrastructure. Besides, emergence of CMDB allowed already working incident management processes and problems to obtain necessary information on infrastructure elements. The project was executed in time, despite high loading of specialists of Bank by daily work".

More and more areas become covered by process management, at the same time existence of high-level processes of control allows us to manage growth and development of processes, guaranteeing at the same time integrity of a management system.
