BARS. Web Monitoring of housing and public utilities

Information and analytical system "BARS. Web Monitoring of housing and public utilities" provides the centralized collecting, processing and the analysis of indicators of housing and communal services of the subject of the Russian Federation. A system is aimed at effective implementation of reforming of housing sector.

"BARS. Web Monitoring of housing and public utilities" allows to collect a broad spectrum of indicators. In particular, on the basis of monitoring of technical condition of objects it is possible to reveal shabby houses, to effectively plan their repair, to consider nuances of work in winter conditions.

Besides, using the solution it is possible to keep track of dynamics of change of rates for housing and communal services by energy resources, to calculate an actual demand in the funds of the regional budget for indemnification resulting from state regulation of rates for a cold water, water disposal and other resources for needs of the population to carry out the analysis of effectiveness of the measures taken for debt repayment, to estimate quality of housing and communal services and many other things.

A system is implemented in the form of the web portal with access for head organization and the organizations subordinated to it. Indicators are entered to templates of federal report forms via the Internet in real time and automatically consolidated on the uniform regional server.

The open data collected in uniform storage can be transferred to departmental portals and also to portals of public services and be displayed in the form of the reference information for the population.

2019: Transition to GOST of enciphering P34.10-2012
