BELTEL provides service support of IT infrastructure of the VOLKSWAGEN plant in Kaluga

"VOLKSWAGEN GROUP Rus" integrates in the Russian market work of four brands of concern – Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi and Volkswagen Commercial cars. In 2010 sales volume "VOLKSWAGEN GROUP Rus" in the Russian market grew almost by 40% and made 130.4 thousand cars from which more than 95,000 cars were made at the plant in Kaluga. Brands of the company take the leading positions in the Russian market, and the share of the company exceeds 7.1%.

Understanding importance of smooth operation of IT infrastructure, VOLKSWAGEN selected the most effective scheme of service – outsourcing and began cooperation with the BELTEL Service center on which support there are more than 400 state and commercial organizations, including international.

Specialists of BELTEL are in the territory of the plant as salaried employees, in the round-the-clock mode 24*7*365 rendering the complete list of services in technical and abnormal support, administration of network, to a software update, carrying out scheduled maintenance and connection of the new equipment. Also control of repair is exercised and works on management of reserve elements are carried out: regular diagnostics, version control of software and updates.
