Object of Master group is equipped with metering devices of consumption of thermal energy

The IMPULSE IVC company completes the works for the benefit of MASTER group on design and installation of metering station of consumption of heat for the purpose of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency.

Result

On an object tachometric turbine counters and also ST-10 heat meters are installed:

Node of input of T1,T2 system. On a heating system the VSTN pulse heat meter with a diameter of 50 is installed. On input the locking and measuring armaturana on the working pressure of 1 MPa is set.

Node of input of B1 system. On the system of cold water supply pulse counter VSKHND with a diameter of 50 is installed.

Node of input of T3 system. On the hot water supply pulse heat meter VSKHND with a diameter of 50 is installed.

The ST-10 heat meter is intended for commercial accounting of thermal energy, the heat carrier of a hot and cold water, the electric power. Has the different modifications held for use at different metering stations – from heat sources before inputs to apartments of apartment houses and also for the organization of the systems of remote collection of information about consumption of energy resources.

VSHN devices, VSKHND, VSGN, VSTN turbine: 40-250 mm are intended for commercial accounting of an expense of a hot and cold water. This equipment has advanced construction of the turbine that increases reliability due to reduction of load of its axis.

The equipment is mounted in horizontal sections of the pipeline with the minimum direct section of 3 Du to the device and 1 Du after devices. Are recommended by Gosstandart of Russia for application for all consumers of thermal energy, a hot and cold water.
