Gazprom Transgaz Moscow entered unified standards of accounting

The IBS company completed creation of a centralized system of accounting and tax accounting in Gazprom Transgaz Moscow LLC. Introduction of unified standards of accounting and the uniform instrument of preparation of the reporting in all production branches of one of the largest of gas transmission company of Russia as a part of JSC Gazprom became a result of the project.

Maintaining tax and accounting based on the uniform managerial tool became possible after input in commercial operation of a standard automated system of accounting and tax accounting of branches (TASF) in all 25 production branches of Gazprom Transgaz Moscow LLC. The information system developed by IBS company allowed to implement the created accounting principles, the transparency of financial processes, quality of training of the regulated reporting as a result increased, control of productive activity improved.

The created accounting principles and procedures were put in a basis of a standard automated system of accounting. A system provides a possibility of the centralized accounting and integration of data from all levels of management. The developed methodology of accounting includes base of standard economic transactions, unified plans of accounts, procedural accounting procedures of costs, fixed asset accounting and depreciation on them. For the purpose of automation of conducting accounting and tax accounting this methodology is implemented in the TASF system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. A system supports maintaining tax and accounting on places, it contains all necessary normative reference information. At the same time, problems of fixed asset accounting and the cost accounting are solved is centralized at the level of administration of Gazprom Transgaz Moscow LLC: the cost accounting is kept by places of their emergence, allocation of costs is calculated by a method of balance sheet model.
