In "Medical and sanitary Part No. 5 the urban district of Kirovsky district Samara" completes implementation of EDMS

System implementation of DocsVision was made for the purpose of increase in efficiency of documentation of activity of organization, reduction of number of the paper documents used in work and creations of a common information space, and also quality improvements of control of performing discipline and reporting.

For the solution of the listed tasks organization selected the DocsVision system of version 4.5 in connection with broad functionality of a system, flexibility of its setup, and also a possibility of implementation of implementation in a short time. As the contractor of the project, thanks to the confirmed competences of data domain and experience of implementations of EDMS, the Samara company IT Universe was selected.

Implementation of DocsVision was performed in three months: within the project specialists of IT Universe performed setup of applications DocsVision, business processes for the proceeding, entering and internal, including administrative documents are created. As a result of system implementation the objects set by the management of medical sanitary station No. 5 before the project were reached – the common information space created within the project provided increase in efficiency of organization in general.
