The task set by the management of the Ukrainian investment company Concorde Capital – consolidation of information on sales process for ensuring transparency and controllability of activity of divisions of the company. The solution developed by the company Ink provided a possibility of fixing of interaction of staff of department Sales&Trading with clients and functionality on task management of employees, such as planning, notification, accomplishment control. Also within the project business processes of customer interaction on different communication channels were formalized and automated: e-mail correspondence, the entering/proceeding call-down, personal meetings.
Integration with the accounting system is made for management of the customer base of division Sales&Trading and processes of administration of data on the partner companies and their contact persons are implemented. Besides, the uniform reference book of securities by means of integration with the accounting system of the customer and also process of collection of information for department of Research for the purpose of an effective subscription of clients for state-of-the-art reviews of the markets was implemented.
