The new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM quicker and more conveniently than that at which we worked since 2010. The main differences of CRM-2015 are an opportunity to equip a working space for each functional role and an exit in a system from mobile devices. Big advantage is that now it is possible to enter completions and to improve a system based on the current version. I want to express gratitude to JSC CMD-Soft company for implementation of this project. In our plans implementation of new modules and also optimization of work in CRM of marketing department and other support-divisions.
