The Obninsk city meeting implements EVFRAT

In the Obninsk city meeting system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) EUPHRATES began.

For project implementation at Cognitive Technologies the necessary number of user licenses of a system, the module "Registrar" and "Fast Start for Administrations" configuration was purchased.

The main documents with which the staff of meeting works are citizens' appeals. For this reason for ensuring effective control over processing stages of addresses and their timely consideration the head of meeting made the decision to implement EDMS.

It is planned, at the first stage of implementation the EUPHRATES system will be installed in a reception of the head of meeting that will allow to control consideration of the applications of citizens quickly. Further in EDMS other staff of Meeting can be employed.

Thanks to the built-in tools and the "Fast Start for Administrations" configuration containing a set of the standard elements involved in document flow of executive authorities implementation of EDMS EUPHRATES it will be performed without involvement of specialists of developer company.
