For Belneftekhim CIS is created

The EPAM Systems company and consulting division of Belgorkhimprom completed the first project stage of creation of a corporate information system of Belneftekhim concern which includes more than 50 organizations with total employment about 120 thousand human. The project is based on methodological base ARIS Methodology and uses a software platform of ARIS Toolset.

Within the first stage the organization structure was studied, business processes and information flows of the company are formalized and described, business processes of functioning of internal funds of concern are described, requirements to the unified information system of collecting, processing and information analysis and creation of the end-to-end consolidated reporting system are formulated. At the same stage works on implementation of an information system were begun. The project was started in 2005.
