IP platform 3CX 10 Beta 2

The release contains a number of corrections and new features, generally it concerns integration with Microsoft Outlook, installation of local components MyPhone and a call of MyPhone "hot" keys. The changes and changes which entered release of Beta 2:

• the MyPhone components installed at the request of the user - dialing on the hot key and other functions which can be implemented only locally on the PC, but not in the browser version of Myphone;
• Whisper and Listen in in options of call center;
• support of the Plug and Play for new IP phone numbers of Grandstream GXP 1450, GXP 2110, GXP 2120 and GXP2100 is added;
• new Grandstream VoIP-phones are recommended for installations of 3CX;
• function of personal outgoing rules of dialing is added;
• protection against change by the user - a possibility of concealment of the section of "Rules of readdressing" also undressed "Properties of number" for the selected Extensions;
• in statistics of Agents of the sall-center time of an input exit of the Agent from "Queue of calls" is displayed;
• statistics on Queues of calls is blocked if there is no license for the sall-center;
• personal and corporate address directories;
• sorting of the address directory by last name;
• the icon of Message from the MyPhone portal in the presence of voice mail;
• possibility of autostart of MyPhone together in Windows;
• time of "not the answer" in Rules of readdressing from 1 minute is by default reduced to 20 seconds;

• an opportunity to specify a prefix for the Call back function.
