"Baby club" started use of the CRM solution on the Klient-Communicator platform

The Baby club company started use of the CRM solution which is specially developed "under the order" on the Klient-Communicator platform.

In the fall of 2010 in Baby club management company studied versions of solutions of this list of tasks of different suppliers. As reported, selection process was difficult as there are practically no similar industry solutions or solutions were not suitable under all complex of tasks for an ACS.

The Azat Murtazin, the employee of Baby club management company, the head of the CRM project from the customer, notes: "Our network develops on franchizing and constantly grows. At the moment in networks of 45 clubs, we are provided in 12 cities of Russia and the CIS. For the best organization of work of clubs and their communication with management company we need the common information space helping to solve the most different problems".

As a result of tender the platform for creation of the CRM solutions "Klient-Communicator" was selected. Its vendor, BMicro company, during tender showed the solution which is set up under the customer's tasks and rich opportunities for its further development. Then within three months the CRM solution for all main objectives of "Baby club" which successfully passed afterwards test in a number of clubs was developed.

Among the main objectives of the Baby club automated control system, are noted: accounting of clubmen; interaction management with clients of clubs — from efficiency analysis of advertizing appeals before electronic mailing; planning of the diagram of occupations in clubs; financial accounting.

Automation of all clubs is planned. Besides, important result for the CRM solution is creation of user-friendly interfaces of information representation, and especially — opportunities of its analytical processing.

According to Mikhail Yakovlev, the employee of BMicro company, the head of the CRM project from vendor: "Creation of the unique solution under the order is a fine capability check of the Klient-Communicator platform, and we made this CRM solution such as it was represented by the customer. At the same time we applied different technologies to automation of work of users: electronic organizer, convenient multidimensional analysis of OLAP and many other things. In the solution the different calculations removing routine duties from users are widely used, for example, "one button" it is possible to transfer the child from group to group at accounting of numerous factors — from the lesson schedule before accounting of a remaining balance of payment".

The single database is in specialized data center to which the staff of clubs from the different cities connects through the Internet directly using the Klient-Communicator program. The information access is accurately differentiated both between clubs, and between employees according to their job responsibilities.

After the solution of the list of the main objectives of implementation of an ACS, "Baby club" is going to automate also other spheres of the activity, for example, interaction with the franchisee.
