"Alphabet Atticus" manages corporate finances thanks to Homnet Consulting

"Alphabet Atticus" and Homnet Consulting completed the joint project of implementation in Publishing Group of the Management of Corporate Finances program. Specialists Homnet Consulting set this solution in the company and finished it for the purpose of automation of financial accounting according to IFRS and analytical accounting on the centers of the financial responsibility (CFR).

The publishing Alphabet Atticus Group made the decision to automate financial management accounting using the Management of Corporate Finances program on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform at the Moscow and St. Petersburg offices. The main objectives of the project were automation of process of a reporting preparation according to IFRS and analytical accounting on the centers of the financial responsibility (CFR).

The project of creation of automated information system based on "Management of corporate finances" was entrusted Homnet Consulting company. Specialists Homnet Consulting conducted preproject examination for determination of requirements to future system on the basis of which:

• Made setup of a subsystem of IFRS, namely chart of accounts and user rights, rules of broadcast of postings of the Russian accounting in IFRS, prepared opening balances on accounts of IFRS. And also executed loading and reconciliation of a remaining balance on the fixed assets (FA) in IFRS, calculated fixed asset depreciation according to IFRS.
• Finished standard functionality in a part: analytical accounting across the CFD, forms of the reporting under international standards, accounting of a margin at sale of the rights.

About thirty users of the Moscow office and twenty – St. Petersburg became users of a system. Specialists Homnet Consulting trained users at workplaces in use of functionality "Management of corporate finances".
