The Ronasoft company completed implementation of the CRM system of Monitor in Kama Bacon company which is one of the largest pig factory farms in Tatarstan.
Clients of the company are the trade and production organizations of different scale and also individuals. In the market of agricultural products the company connects the situation of stability with the marketing efforts directed to the maximum satisfaction of customer needs. For automation and further improvement of a business activity of the company it was decided to use the CRM system.
The main objective of implementation was formulated as creation of a common information space which would accumulate in itself all data on customer relations (the history of interactions, last and current orders, the plan of shipments, meetings, telephone negotiations, internal notes and also all documentation on each transaction) and would make these data available to the analysis.
System implementation allowed not only to automate routine transactions, but also, by the customer's estimates, it is essential to simplify identification of dependence of sales volume on external factors (such as high or low temperature, rainfall, ice, small weight). A system stores information on preferences of clients, allows to reveal a profile of the most profitable customers, to develop target marketing actions and to analyze their efficiency. Besides, in a system the mechanism of reminders is implemented (about payment due dates of debtors, about birthdays of business partners).
