Irktusky district automates process of municipal purchases

The implemented solution is designed to automate all process of municipal purchases (from planning of the order before its execution) based on modern technologies and also allows to receive a broad spectrum of statistical data. The automation system is created based on the product "ATsK-Munitsipalny Order" of "Budget and Financial Technologies" company (BFT).

System implementation "ATsK-Munitsipalny the order" in the Irkutsk district promoted creation of the centralized control system of planning processes, formation and the analysis of procedures of placement of the municipal order; to formation of data in the register of contracts according to the results of holding procedures, to accounting of information on course of execution of contracts and following the results; to more effective interaction with the system of treasurer budget implementation.

Thanks to standardization and unification of approach procedures of preparation and tendering became simpler that increased transparency and openness of all process of purchases. Consolidation of data in the uniform center led to reduction of time and the labor costs necessary for creation of the reporting and carrying out marketing researches of the market of the municipal order.
