"1C: Development and real estate administration" is developed on the basis of methodical approaches of development companies and also based on the solutions which underwent long-term testing at domestic design institutes, design offices, the companies operating in the field of engineering and real estate administration.
Basic purpose of the ERP system "1C: Development and real estate administration" - increase in profitability of developer projects due to more operational and exact informing the management on key indicators of business - taking into account industry specifics and a full compliance to corporate, Russian and international standards.
The "Development and Real Estate Administration" configuration is developed on the basis of the standard solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise".
The configuration automates management of the following business processes:
- Financial plans and transactions of the company, using technology of project budgeting, using BCF (budgets of cash flow) and an income and expense budget (income and expenditure budgets);
- Planning and monitoring of projects, effective resource allocation between projects, identifications of deviations from plans at the earliest stages, the analysis of priorities of projects and assessment of extent of influence of deviations on accomplishment of project works, operational providing up-to-date data to the management;
- Collecting and analysis of history of project works, improvement of technologies of the enterprise, accumulation and analysis of statistical data, selection of "best practices", determination of standards.
The configuration solves the following specific business challenges:
- Management of developer business at the level of monitoring of key indicators of activity (KPI);
- Management of structure of portfolios of developer projects;
- Company management with different organization structures (functional, project, matrix structures);

- Management of advertizing of objects, kvartirogrammy (checkerwork) and transactions on the real estate;

For work with the solution "1C: Development and real estate administration 2" it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform (not below version 8.3.8).
The configurations which are a part of the integration solution are protected and contain the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user, have protection against unauthorized use. At the same time the principle of the maximum openness of the code for a possibility of adaptation of a product under needs of end users is implemented.
