Ministry of Transport of the Rostov region (Avtotreker)

The monitoring system Avtotreker is implemented on many DRSU and DSU of the Rostov region. Today, 95% of all enterprises of this sphere in the Rostov region are our clients. Target indicators in this sphere - increase in turnover of vehicle fleet, an exception of idle times, optimization of fuel consumption, reporting for providing work to customers and in regulatory authorities. Using the Avtotreker system, directors of DRSU and DSU receive the broad picture about work on service and construction of roads: amounts of works, speed of their accomplishment, equipment operating time on sections with distribution by them – all this information became transparent and available to heads of divisions of customers; here key result of use of Avtotreker technology in this sphere. The reporting prepared by the Avtotreker system is provided in the Ministry of Transport of the Rostov region and to the district authorities for informing on work and their volumes.

Example: One of directors of DRSU in the Rostov region by means of reports of the Avtotreker system decided a disputable situation about whether the equipment on the weekend worked at a certain section; the District Administration of area claimed that works were not carried out, however the director of DRSU managed to prove the return.
