CTI company jointly with specialists of IT department of JSC Altayenergosbyt, successfully completed the project on implementation of the innovative solutions in a corporate IP telephony of JSC Altayenergosbyt.

As you know, one of the most far-sighted investments is an upgrade of a telephone system for successful functioning of the organization. Therefore to replace the previous generations of technical means in JSC Altayenergosbyt were required development and deployment of fresh solutions. This task was successfully implemented by CTI company and specialists of IT department of Society.

The updated software (S) of telephone exchange - Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) gave the chance of significant economy on long distance calls between territorial subdivisions of society. And thanks to function of the uniform entering number (SNR) when the incoming call in parallel moves on all devices: stationary phone, the mobile phone, voice mail, – was succeeded to increase mobility of staff of the company.

Also new version of software allowed to integrate a telephone system with the database of users of the domain of the organization – the Active Directory that allowed subscribers to work with uniform credentials at access both to resources of network of the domain, and to settings of the IP phones.

Within the project the recording system developed by CTI company and maintaining the directory of telephone conversations in IP networks (CTI Recording) was also implemented. Integration of joint solutions of CTI and Cisco companies, with the products used in Society – the system of instant messages Microsoft Lync 2010, the system of voice mail and message exchange of Microsoft Exchange 2010, – allowed to create uniform Contact center of JSC Altayenergosbyt which increased quality of client support by timely consultation on different questions.

Thus, the upgrade of infrastructure of a telephone network of JSC Altayenergosbyt implemented by the CTI command laid the foundation for further development of unified communications at the enterprise, and also allowed, at cost reduction on operation, to implement new useful features for support of business processes in Society.
