Automation of accounting activity in Rotonda Condominium based on the industry 1C:VDGB software product for accounting of UK in housing and public utilities is successfully complete (1C: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC). Implementation of 1C of the program helped to improve a business and tax accounting system at the enterprise of the housing-and-municipal sphere.

Choice of the 1C:VDGB program: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC is caused by the fact that this configuration allows to solve a number of tasks, specific to housing sector:

  • Accounting of owners of property;
  • Formation of printed forms of a passport office;
  • Accounting of housing and non-residential stock;
