SPb-Giproshakht (1C: Management of the Project Organization)

The institute of SPb-Giproshakht implemented a specialized ERP system "1C: Management of the project organization". Integrator ITLand company.

Background

In addition to technical and specialized "know how" instruments of operational planning and the effective, coordinated management of the wide front of versatile works and also profitability of projects and project portfolios were necessary for the management of SPb-Giproshakht.

The institute conducted a research of the domestic market in search of the end-to-end information system which is the most full meeting the industry requirements. A choice is made for benefit of the solution – the ERP system "1C: Management of the project organization".

Result

Now the project is complete. In the course of implementation specialists of ITLand performed tuning of parameters of a standard configuration according to primary requirements of the Customer.
