In one of the largest car showrooms of Tatarstan – KAN-AvtoVAZ LLC – are successfully implemented "by 1C: Alpha-Auto 4.0: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts" and 1C: Accounting 8. Implementation is executed Intelkom LLC (Kazan). As a result of KAN-AvtoVAZ LLC considerably increased the level of service for clients and provided a possibility of purchase and complete registration of the car at most in 40 minutes. Now the motor show can instantly provide to clients any information on each car which is in salon or service, to consider individual wishes of the customer on the additional equipment, in the shortest possible time to sell and register the car with providing further to the buyer of the personified discounts.

KAN-AvtoVAZ LLC is official distributor of JSC AvtoVAZ in the Republic of Tatarstan. This is the largest partner of JSC AvtoVAZ in the Volga region region. Opening of a motor show took place on December 17, 2006. Today the territory of a motor show makes more than 2000 sq.m.

From the moment of creation KAN-AvtoVAZ actively develops. At the same time the company constantly increases sales volume and also expands a range of services, offered buyers. In salon always available all models of cars VAZ with the huge choice on color and a complete set. Today the company provides to clients all range of services on purchase and service of cars: purchase of the car in the minimum terms, execution of all necessary documents (including registration in traffic police), the choice and installation of the necessary additional equipment, automobile insurance, exchange of cars with a run for new.

The motor show is focused on mass market: monthly in it several hundred cars VAZ is on sale.

The huge value KAN-AvtoVAZ gives to the level of customer service, aims to provide them a comfort maximum at a minimum of costs of time. For achievement of this purpose it was decided to carry out complex automation of a motor show which would allow to solve the following problems:

  • As much as possible to accelerate work of operators and managers the client could select at most in 40 minutes the car and the necessary additional equipment, pay purchase, get all necessary document package and the state numbers.
  • Provide existence and availability to operators and managers of information as on each car (existence, location, a complete set, etc.), and on the specific buyer.
  • Provide control of work of personnel of the company.
  • Integrate inventory data of a motor show with accounting of the company.

For implementation of the tasks specialists of Intelkom LLC proposed the specialized solution "1C: Alpha-Auto 4.0: A motor show + Car service + Auto parts" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform which was quickly adapted to features of work KAN-AvtoVAZ.

The module of "The designer of a motor show" who allows to carry out as fast as possible a design of sale of the car taking into account specifics of work of car center was developed for acceleration of work of designers: formation as obligatory documents, such as reference account, PTS, registration sign, warranty card, and internal documents of the enterprise; tracking of cash receipt on the cars sold on credit; formation of requests for pre-sale preparation of the sold cars in service.

The automated workplace allowing to trace a remaining balance of cars is developed for the car dealership manager and to answer instantly questions of existence of cars of specific models and flowers.

The flexible system of providing access rights to information was developed for minimizing of opportunities of errors and abuses of personnel. The reports allowing the management to make quickly decisions are developed. A discount system for regular customers is introduced.

Besides, close integration between sales department and service is provided: in case of the choice by the client of the additional hardware upon purchase, the program allows to create and consider automatically orders to employees of service. All this allows to keep account of the car from receipt in salon before issue to the client.

For automation of accounting in car center of KAN-AvtoVAZ LLC 1C: Accounting 8 was implemented. Setup of data exchange between 1C: Accounting 8 and "the Alpha car 4.0 is made: A motor show + Car service + Auto parts", allowed to integrate accounting and operational accounting of a motor show, having saved at the same time the standard system interface of accounting.

As a result of implementation of 1C:Enterprise 8 of KAN-AvtoVAZ LLC increased sales volume to 1000 cars a month, at the same time the company at any time has the complete information on cars and their buyers. Now the motto "Any Car — in only 40 Minutes!" became a reality. During this time in car showroom "KAN-AvtoVAZ" the buyer not only purchases the car and processes all necessary documents, but also gets the state (not transit) numbers for the car which is registered and registered in traffic police in full accordance with the legislation.

Sibgatullin Ayrat Maratovich, head of the sales department KAN-AvtoVAZ: "KAN-AvtoVAZ achieved sales increase to 1000 cars a month. Having information on date of arrival of each car, a system automatically reminds the management what machines stand month, two and more, and respectively what it is necessary to put emphasis in work on sale on. In car service account of orders, time spent for repair of each machine to be made the analysis where and for what reasons there is a machine delay is kept. The system of accounting of discount cards of buyers on which base is constantly updated is introduced. The system of a design of the car, including preparation of documents for registration in traffic police is also automated that considerably simplifies and accelerates to clients process of acquisition of the new car".
