System implementation of control of fuel consumption at the enterprises of JSC Rusgreyn Holding

The M2M Telematics group started system implementation of control of fuel consumption at the enterprises of JSC Rusgreyn Holding. The main objectives of implementation are gain of control over fuel consumption and operation of the equipment, including control of operational parameters of tractors and combines, control of movement of the equipment and automation of carrying out agricultural processing of the areas and also control of level of fuel in fuelers when filling the equipment in the field. During implementation of this system fuel flow sensors are installed on cargo transport and fuel-servicing trucks, agricultural machinery.

During a pilot project of implementation at the enterprises of holding in the Voronezh region fuel flow sensors equipped 18 units of agricultural machinery. Based on the first months of operation the efficiency of a system was proved. Till April 30, 2011 90 pieces of equipment of holding in the Voronezh region, including tractors, combines, trucks will be equipped.

According to the CEO of Russkoye zerno LLC Alexey Verkhoturov, the company has the extensive and geographically distributed park of the equipment – only more than 3500 units. Creation of a control system of fuel consumption will allow to increase controllability and efficiency of the equipment and to considerably cut down expenses on fuel. In process of confirmation of efficiency of a system, the Agroholding is going to expand system implementation geography with simultaneous updating of the park of agricultural machinery.
