GetCRM completed the project of creation of the CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM for EventPlatform company.
Tasks
At the beginning of 2011 owing to growth and for increase in the service level of the clients EventPlatform decided to implement at itself the CRM system. As the contractor the GetCRM company was attracted to execution of works.
Result
GetCRM notes that as a result of implementation the EventPlatform company received a system with the following advantages: the high level of service due to increase in efficiency of service of sales; the developed module of automation of payment of accounts allowing to control expenses and to save operating time; the system of the specific reporting allowing to analyze business processes of the company is developed; terms and cost of installation and setup of the integrated system on the SAAS model were much lower, than at traditional approach to licensing of software.
