AUTOMAXX increased service rate of clients using 1C:Enterprise 8 twice

Based on work with 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) on transition to the software products "1C: Trade Management 8", "1C: Accounting 8", AUTOMAXX companies it was succeeded to increase twice service rate of clients and to increase by 10% the number of regular customers.

At the time of the appeal to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) the management of AUTOMAXX Group was faced by a problem of increase in service rate of clients. It was required to organize automatic data exchange about existence of goods between the main consolidation warehouse and three shops of AUTOMAXX Group.

For the solution of a task of the company the 1C: Trade Management 8 and 1C: Accounting 8 software products as they allow to solve problems of the enterprise quickly were selected.

Specialists of BIT company implemented a system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, configured automatic information exchange about existence of goods and cash flow between divisions of the company. Results of automation:

• Twice service rate of clients due to implementation of a management subsystem sales increased. Time of an execution of primary documents is reduced, the possibility of accounting errors is almost excluded that in turn allowed to reduce considerably the number of corrections in different documents of the company. At any moment the manager can obtain detailed information on an order status (a payment due date, shipment by request).
• Thanks to the mechanism of reservation of goods specialists automatically create the order of the buyer. Using data exchange about payment of orders between "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8", employees control carrying out payment and only after see cash receipt, ship goods to the client. It allowed to increase by 8% the number of regular customers.
