The product "1C: Payroll and personnel of the educational organization", edition 3.0 is intended for automation of personnel records and payroll in the organizations of the preschool and general education taking into account features of payroll at teaching staff of employees. The product is held for use the staff of HR departments, accountants, economists and financiers, company executives.

The "Salary and Personnel of the Educational Organization" configuration, edition 3.0 is developed based on the standard configuration "Salary and Personnel of Public Institution", edition 3.0 with preserving of all opportunities and mechanisms. The product completely supports work both in the local mode, and in model of service.

Main industry functionality of the program:

• Conducting personnel records with a personal data storage of employees and the complete history of employee transfers;
• Time recording;
• Calculation and payroll accounting;
• Payroll of teachers taking into account the cost of ucheniko-hour, a possibility of combination of pedagogical and administrative activity, interpretation of a pedagogical part of the salary in pay slips.

Important feature of the "1C: Payroll and personnel of the educational organization" program, edition 3.0 is the functional unit of calculation of salaries of teachers which is completely integrated with regular mechanisms of payroll of a standard configuration. Also the solution contains the expanded personnel block with features of accounting in the educational organizations.

The solution "1C: Payroll and personnel of educational organization 8" supports integration into the solution "1C: The register of the personnel of an education system" (prepares for release by 1C Company). Data exchange is implemented by means of web services of the solution "1C: Register of the personnel of an education system".

The configuration is not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for its work.

2011

1C Company together with Hronobus LLC informed users and partners on release of new industry solution based on a technology platform of 1C: Enterprise 8.2 - "1C: Payroll and the personnel of the educational institution" intended for solving of tasks of personnel records, calculation and distribution of the money coming to organization according to normative per capita financing, calculation of salaries according to a new wage system and payroll in educational institutions.

In addition to opportunities of the standard configuration "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff", in the solution "1C: Payroll and personnel of educational institution" calculations for compensation of staff of educational institutions upon transition to the new wage system (NWS) are implemented.

Within work on NSOT the solution is developed in compliance by federal model techniques:

• "Model technique of introduction of normative per capita financing of implementation of the state guarantees of the rights of citizens to receiving the public and free general education";
• "Model technique of formation of a wage system and stimulation of employees of state educational institutions of the territorial subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal educational institutions implementing programs of the primary general, main general, secondary (complete) general education".

Calculation and distribution of wage fund

Account and distribution of the money coming to organization according to normative per capita financing is kept. In this block are carried out:

• Scoping of means of educational institution. Carrying out calculations on the basis of data on per capita standards of organization.
• Formation of the wage fund (WF) of educational institution. Calculation of funds of the means of organization allocated for compensation of employees on the basis of total amount.
• Distribution of FOT. Determination in a total amount of fund of the basic and stimulating parts. Distribution of means by subsections of fund.
• Calculation of cost of budget educational service (cost of "ucheniko-hour") on the basis of fund of classroom employment of pedagogical personnel.

Accounting of NSOT when conducting personnel records

For formation of the staff list the changes in calculation of salaries for positions allowing to keep account upon transition of organization to NSOT are made. New methods of calculation for positions are entered. During the work with documents on employment and employee transfer mechanisms of carrying out calculations of salaries taking into account NSOT are added. Upon transition of the filled base to a new wage system, in the program the opportunity of transfer of personnel these employees, data on positions of the staff list on NSOT is given.

Calculation of salaries of staff of educational institutions for NSOT

The subsystem is intended for carrying out calculations for formation of salaries of employees educational institutions upon transition to NSOT. Maintaining and archive data storage about all raising coefficients of organization is implemented. Calculation of salaries of employees is made taking into account the used raising coefficients. Account of data on passing of certification on assignment of qualification category to the employee on a position is kept. Salaries of teachers are calculated on the basis of the size of pedagogical loading within the curriculum. The block on load distribution of teachers on the basis of data is implemented about: subject; class; number of pupils; the loading size in a month.

In the personal pay slip of the employee salaries on positions, charges for pedagogical load of the employee and the allowance for the cool management and management of offices automatically are calculated. Calculation of additional payments to employees in their individual pay slips for formation of salaries is implemented.

The solution "1C: Payroll and personnel of educational institution" underwent certification of 1C: Compatible, information letter No. 13316 of 3/25/2011.

The configuration is completely open, does not contain the protected code locations and do not use hardware protection.

Use of a configuration is possible only with the 1C: Enterprise platform of version 8.2.13 above.
