XMediusFax

XMediusFax is an IP fax server which is intended for accomplishment of the different tasks connected with processing of facsimile messages. At the same time the number of users is limited to nothing, and the number of channels on reception-transmission of faxes can reach 480.

XMediusFax is flexibly integrated with the system of a corporate IP telephony, e-mail clients and other external applications. Use of software of the XMediusFax fax server considerably simplifies process of acceptance sending of facsimile messages due to failure from paper carriers, use of information in a digital form at transfer of faxes and archiving. And as messages are delivered directly to the addressee, confidentiality at transfer of documents amplifies, time for physical obtaining / sending messages is saved, document flow process performance, especially in case of a large number of facsimile messages increases.

XMediusFAX 7.0

XMediusFAX of version 7.0 has a number of the new basic features considerably expanding possibilities of software for the end user and the system administrator namely:

• conversion of the entering faxes to the PDF format with search function;
• a voice greeting on incoming calls with a possibility of extension dialing of the extension of the receiver of the fax;
• improvements in the user interface (for example, adding of an interactive icon of the client application in a task bar);
• routing on barcodes;
• setup of time zones;
• improvement of work of the SIP protocol at integration with external systems (support of DTMF and safety features);
• support of 64-bit Windows applications (MS Office 2010).

XMediusFAX is integrated with the system of a corporate IP telephony, mail servers and other external applications.

Software of XMediusFAX supports SIP/H.323 protocols and is compatible to the following products Cisco UC: server of call management of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (versions 4.2, 5.1, 6.1, 7.X and 8.X), voice gateways Cisco, system of the voice Cisco Unity Connection mail (version 8.5).
