"The Moscow consolidation of veterinary science" updates EDMS "Euphrates"

In "The Moscow consolidation of veterinary science" (Mosvetobjedineniye), subordinated organization of the Moscow Veterinary Committee, works on updating of the electronic document management system (EDMS) Euphrates to the current version began. As DBMS the Microsoft SQL Server will be used. For project implementation at Cognitive Technologies, the developer EDMS "Euphrates", licenses for simultaneous operation of 43 users, the module "Registrar" and 43 licenses of the module "Organizer" were purchased. Works on transfer of Mosvetobjedineniya on the new version of EDMS are performed by specialists of Mosvetobjedineniya.

Workflow automation and office-works in Mosvetobjedineniya started in 2007 when in the Moscow Veterinary Committee implementation of EDMS "Euphrates" began. As a result in Mosvetobjedineniya both internal, and external document flow, including accounting and the movement of memos, accounts, the entering and outgoing correspondence, requests for a holiday and other documents was automated. Besides, using EDMS control of performing discipline of employees and archive document storage is exercised.

Now in Mosvetobjedineniya using the Euphrates system several tens of thousands of documents are annually processed.
