Gazprom transgaz Ekaterinburg the monitoring system and controls of transport based on GLONASS is implemented

The United Coordinates. Ural company, the regional partner of M2M Telematics Group, completed the first stage of system implementation of monitoring and control of transport based on GLONASS in Gazprom transgaz Ekaterinburg LLC. The press service of M2M Telematics company reports about it.

Today in vehicle fleet of the company the navigation and coherent equipment equips 850 vehicles. In total vehicle fleet of the enterprise contains more than 3.5 thousand units of transport.

The monitoring system and controls of transport based on GLONASS in the company is set on different types of the equipment: freight vehicles, the construction, cargo and special equipment and also the buses transporting personnel. All vehicles are completed with the exchange service stations M2M-Cyber GLX including the sensor of operation of the engine.

At the central office "Gazprom transgaz Ekaterinburg" 3 dispatching workplaces systems equipped with the software packages CyberFleet are installed, and 25 more similar jobs are organized on territorial objects of the company.

System implementation of monitoring and control of transport based on GLONASS will allow the enterprise to increase efficiency of logistic processes and, in particular, to achieve full control of movement of transport and loads and also to exclude outages of technology. According to the results of implementation the enterprise reduced operating expenses of the park of the equipment and strengthened control over observance of routes of the movement that finally will lead to increase in labor discipline and quality of work.
