The BioLink Solutions company announced implementation of a biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime at the central office Kubantorgbank Ltd.

It is reported that the purpose of implementation it was qualitative to optimize process of the time recording (TR) of employees, namely, to obtain the most exact information on a worked time and to automate settlement process of the salary. After market research of systems of accounting of working time the choice of bank stopped on the biometric BioTime system.

As the head of department of the automated information technologies of Kubantorgbank Tosunov Alexey told, when choosing a system of accounting of working time the accounting accuracy, convenience of work and speed of implementing solution in IT infrastructure were the main criteria. On a test stage the customer carried out the assessment of functionality of the BioTime system and by its results the positive decision on implementation is made.

For data acquisition about arrival and departure of employees on an input to premises of head office "Kubantorgbank" biometric BioLink FingerPass IC terminals which functionality allows not only messages of URV are installed, but also to control physical access to premises.

Working schedules, wage rates, absence reasons are stored in a system. At the end of reporting period on the basis of the fulfilled hours the sheet of T-13 forms. Payroll can be made both in the BioTime system, and in the software of 1C, thanks to compatibility of both systems.

As notes the management of bank, calculation of money on salary payment to employees became more exact that allowed to pay back costs for BioTime system implementation in the shortest possible time. Now the bank pays work of the employees only taking into account really worked time. Besides the management had an opportunity in real time to control presence of employees in workplaces and the detailed reporting on admissions, delay and premature goings from work.
