Implementation "BIT: Treasury and Budgeting" in financial service of Kalibr company

In Kalibr company product introduction "BIT is complete: Treasury and Budgetings" and "BIT: Accounting of lease 8" specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT). In a project deliverable the enterprise received an automated system for effective management of financial flows of the company.

Today lease of offices allows commercial enterprises and the organizations to reach works qualitatively new level, to implement all opportunities which are available for them. The Kalibr company is engaged in lease of offices from the owner, delivery of warehouse and an other commercial real estate. It is important to enterprise to increase customer service quality constantly.

Earlier conducting managerial and regulated accounting was performed in different information bases that resulted in need to duplicate transactions and accounting items, to verify and synchronize the reporting. Specialists spent a lot of time for consolidation of data from the different systems, at the same time there could be errors that led to incorrect idea of a financial status of the company.

The solution was necessary quickly to control each financial transaction. It was necessary to receive the reliable instrument of risk reduction. Besides, a system for accounting of the free and busy areas was required.

For automation of work of finance division of the company programs "BIT were selected: Treasury and Budgeting" and "BIT: Accounting of lease 8" as they as much as possible satisfy to requests of the organization and have optimal implementation cost.

For product introduction invited the company "1: Accounting and Trade (AT)" as specialists of firm have the sufficient level of competence for automation of large enterprises of real estate field.

Project Results:

• The single system of partners, agreements, articles, projects is created that allowed to increase labor productivity of employees and to exclude possibility of errors.
• Data acquisition of management accounting for an income and expense budget and the Budget for balance by broadcasting is automated, formation of the plan-fact reporting under all types of budgets online is provided, there was an opportunity to receive a complete packet of the management reporting. All this allowed to increase efficiency of financial service.
• There was an opportunity to quickly provide to clients information on the free and busy rent areas.
