Content

The information management system is intended by educational process in SVITOK educational institutions for optimization and document management in the conditions of reforming of a system of higher education.

A system provides end-to-end accounting of the contingent of pupils in structural divisions of university and solves the following problems:

  • maintaining uniform card file of pupils, accumulation of the change history of data on the pupil and history of relationship with it,
  • including created automatically on the basis of orders and orders;
  • accounting and control of the contingent of students in educational institution, since their participation in entrance tests and finishing with monitoring of career of graduates;
  • formation of standard forms of the reporting and maintaining results of rating testing of entrants in each subject with a possibility of calculation of final rating and formation of a competitive row; formation and support of curricula according to State

educational standards;

  • calculation of an academic load; operational analytical accounting and control of the current progress of students and visit of occupations by them.

In a System training accounting as according to programs of training of specialists (5 years), and according to programs of training of bachelors and masters (4 + 2 years), also training in a postgraduate study can be implemented. Learning process can be organized both on semestrial, and on building block system. Support of a credit system of assessment of knowledge (using test units of ECTS) and formations is implemented current and cumulative ratings of students.

A system is held for use in higher educational institutions.

The information system "ROLL" is constructed on modularity and includes the following main modules:

Subsystem Entrant

Automates work of Selection committee of higher education institution on planning and holding receiving campaigns. The main objectives solved by this system module:

  • Planning of set of entrants;
  • Registration of entrants by employees of selection committee of university;
  • Formation of the individual diagram of entrance tests, for the entrant depending on the selected specialties and a type of tender;

  • Formation of a document package of the entrant (applications, admissions for introductory spytaniye and so forth);
  • Formation of a document package for work of selection committee (protocols, sheets, etc.);
  • Input of results of entrance tests. Offset of results of the Unified State Examination (USE);
  • Accounting of the privileges provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation and regulating documents of higher education institution;

  • Formation of statistics of the course of transfer of entrants on faculties and departments, in correlation with target figures of acceptance, based on entrance tests and to lowest passing scores;

  • Acceptance of entrants on the directions of preparation (a bachelor degree, a magistracy). Formation, approval and printing of orders on transfer of entrants;
  • Signing of the contracts on training;
  • Reports and selections on entrants (on university in general, to faculty, department, specialty, specialization, branch, representation, etc.);
  • Planning and the organization of the Olympic Games for school students or other tests which results can be reckoned as results of entrance tests at entering a higher education institution.

Subsystem Student

Automates the different types of works with students executed by workers of teaching departments of faculties and departments of higher education institution.

  • When using of a subsystem by higher education institution Entrant of record about students form at accomplishment of the procedure of transfer of entrants.

The main objectives solved by this system module:

  • Maintaining a card file of personal records of students (with history logging) with a search capability of information on the student at rates and groups, the directions and specialties, regions and cities of residence, a sex, age and. t.p;

  • Planning of educational process on the basis of the developed and approved curricula.
  • Formation of electronic journals of attendance and progress;
  • Maintaining progress of students;

  • Accounting of results of offsets, examinations, course and theses;
  • Accounting of debts and repeating an examination;
  • Work with students within the academic groups (The organization of holding control actions (offsets, examinations, course, testings, etc.) according to the curriculum;
  • Formation of examination sheets of sheets, detachable sheets on a repeating an examination, minutes of state examinations and protection of final qualification works etc.;
  • Accounting of results of tests of students in different scales: 100-mark, 5-mark, offset/not pass grade;
  • Formation of different orders (academic leaves, assignment, recovery, transfers between * faculties, in other higher education institutions and so forth);
  • Formation and accounting of documents of the state sample on higher education:
  • Reporting. The reporting can be prepared both on separate faculties, and on higher education institution in general. The reports developed in a system allow to collect information for its further entering in the accreditation module of National accreditation

in a report form 3 Tax Code and also to use the agencies for the purposes of other in high school and external reporting.

Subsystem "Educational and methodical activity"

It is intended for work with information on the standards of specialties, training programs, curricula which are implemented in higher education institution. Implements creation and change of documents for conducting educational process (educational and working plans, working programs of disciplines, ratings, etc.

The main objectives solved by this system module:

  • Maintaining the register of the regulated State educational standards on

to specialties;

  • Maintaining the register of disciplines within university;
  • Formation of curricula (including individual) according to the State educational standards;

  • Creation of versions of the curriculum;
  • Formation of diagrams of training according to the approved curriculum;

  • Flexible task of quantity of semester. (Curricula can be implemented both on semester, and on modules. In planning the system of the credits compatible to ECTS (The European translation system of the credits) can be applied);
  • Control of compliance of regulations of working and educational plans.
  • A system is developed based on technologies of Microsoft company. And for the work requires availability of the following software products: MS Windows Server, MS SQL Server, MS Office Excel, MS Office Word
