Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation of work of ALGA GROUP based on a product "BIT:CRM 8". In a project deliverable, the company it was succeeded to increase customer service quality and to increase sales volume.
The ALGA GROUP specializes in production and wholesales of construction finishing materials from the largest European and Russian producers. The company is a distributor of the largest German factory Dollken Weimar on production of PVC of profiles for the different industries of construction and industry. Also, one of the priority directions, eaves and component parts to them are. The third link in a company performance are barriers from stainless steel and component parts to them.
The ALGA GROUP company aims to service clients most qualitatively. Its key to success is in saving base of regular customers. The structure of the organization works as follows: the client addresses to sales department where the manager reveals his requirements, orders products, controls delivery and payment of the buyer. Marketing department wages advertizing campaigns for increase in appeals to the company, and, as a result, for increase in sales volume.
Earlier in the company all account was kept in spreadsheets that did not allow the management to control maintaining base of clients and also to trace new buyers.
A system which will allow to automate relationship with the client was required and to increase service quality of buyers and also will be able to analyze efficiency of marketing efforts and to monitor accomplishment of sales plans.
For solving of tasks of the company the solution "by BIT:CRM 8" as it answers the purposes of automation was selected and has available implementation cost. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) with pleasure undertook project implementation as it has successful experiment on implementation of CRM systems. In a project deliverable 40 jobs are automated.
Project Results:
- there was an opportunity to conduct all clients in uniform base, at the same time to exclude a possibility of loss of buyers because of a disease or dismissal of the employee;
- conveniently and quickly to plan and execute effective objectives on sales;
- obtaining reports on marketing activity that helped to invest an advertizing budget with bigger efficiency;
- increase control of work of managers that allowed to reveal the most significant directions for development and sales promotion.
