NPO Teplomash automates production accounting

On NPO Teplomash for accounting on different sections a large number of software solutions not united in the unified information system was used. With respect thereto there was a duplication of accounting information. For elimination of duplication of information and also for increase in efficiency of activity of divisions of the enterprise, the management of NPO Teplomash decided to use the specialized software product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". For project implementation on implementation the Dialog Information Technologies company was selected.

The project on implementation started in July, 2010 and was complete at the beginning of 2011. Within the project on NPO Teplomash the following sections of accounting are automated: tax and accounting; accounting of purchases in the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad; accounting of production operations; inventory control; transport logistics; calculation of the actual and planned cost; sales management.

For accounting of purchases in the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad, specialists of Dialog IT designed addition to the implemented standard configuration "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". This addition represents the graphical interface which allows the employee responsible for purchases, to obtain up-to-date information on the purchased loads. Information on each of cargo containers of the following on the enterprise is provided for the employee. The functionality of the interface allows to browse data on the shipper, number of a container and invoice number. For convenience of the user the system of color differentiation of loads, depending on extent of payment is introduced.

As a result of implementation "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" on NPO Teplomash there was a centralized system of accounting allowing to avoid errors when collecting and processing credentials. The implemented system allowed to increase transparency of the collected data and to optimize the existing business processes at the enterprise.
