1C:Enterprise 8 on formula-feed plant

At some stage software products which were used at the enterprise did not provide it to the need for development any more. After the analysis of offers in the software market the plant's management made the decision on implementation of the industry software product "INPRO: An elevator + Flour + Compound feed 8", integrated into the standard application solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Project works of automation were charged to INPRO company (1C: Franchisee, Competence Center on production, Orenburg) in cooperation with Concept-Soft companies (Orenburg) and Business Integrator (1C: Franchisee, Moscow).

All project works were completed in time. Today at the enterprise 20 jobs – in accounting, laboratory, weight, production workshops, the sales department and also in personnel department are automated.

Operational accounting

The enterprise produces the loose, granulated and calibrated compound feed, kormosmes and also special forages and flour. In an information system reflection of a full stroke of production is implemented, beginning from receiving raw materials, including its storage, a side job and the analysis of quality, and downloading production and shipment it to consumers the railway and motor transport. Operational accounting is kept by production divisions, laboratory, weight and also accountants – movements of products and raw materials, responsible for reflection.

Accounting of grain and products of its processing is performed in a system according to requirements of the Russian state grain inspection. Formation of all necessary industry printed forms of primary and reporting documents – ZPP-3, ZPP-4, ZPP-14, ZPP-10, ZPP-13, ZPP-28, ZPP-5, ZPP-121, ZPP-112 and ZPP-30 of the List of industry forms of the accounting documents approved by the order of the State grain inspection at the Government of the Russian Federation of 4/8/02 No. 29 is provided.

In a system the data loading mechanism according to recipes of compound feed from the program for calculation of recipes is implemented. It allowed to lower considerably load of employees when entering the normative reference information. Now data retrieveds on consumption rates of raw materials are automatically transferred to the internal recipe of a system along with target prices of raw materials and planned cost of the recipe.

According to operational accounting it is possible to analyze in different cuts a raw materials remaining balance in warehouses and in silos, the movement of finished goods and raw materials for the period, shipment by buyers, agreements and types of products. Operational accounting allows to obtain information in time and to analyze it with the help of both the industry forms, and any configured by employees. Data of operational accounting are used further in managerial and accounting.

Personnel records and payroll

Today more than 200 people work at the enterprise. It is applied time hourly and price-work payment methods of work and also various surcharges.

In an information system all types of charges, surcharges and deduction which are used at the enterprise are implemented, personnel records are automated.

Accounting and tax accounting

In a system accounting of activities of several legal entities for the general system of taxation with support of requirements of PBU 18/2 "Accounting of calculations for income tax" is implemented.

Conducting accounting and tax accounting of fixed assets, materials, goods, semi-finished products and products, settlings with debtors and creditors, with workers and advance holders and also on other sections of accounting is automated.

Closing of the period is executed according to the algorithms of allocation of costs existing at the enterprise on products. Product cost is calculated on all repartitions. At the same time in addition to cost value of the main products cost value of services of auxiliary divisions – the boiler house, power workshop, the dining room and motor transportation workshop is calculated.

Automatic formation of a reserve under expected losses of raw materials on the basis of the set percent from the cost of the raw materials which are written off in production is provided in an information system.

Account of shipment with property right transition to the buyer at the time of product receipt is kept. It allows to carry products transportation services the railroad, services of the reference center and other organizations on cost value of the shipped products into account 45.02 "The Finished Goods Shipped" with the subsequent automatic write-off on cost of sales at the time of receipt of a load to the buyer.

A system gives the chance to analyze deviations of the average prices on raw materials from the prices specified in recipes and also a deviation between planned and actual accounting product cost.

One of industry features of production of compound feed and flour is need for regrading. For recognition of this feature in a system it is possible to keep account of raw materials and products with a negative balance.

Results of automation

Now the automated system in which industry features of activity of the enterprise are reflected is used on the Orenburg formula-feed plant for conducting operational accounting, accounting and tax accounting, personnel records and payroll.

Implementation of an information system led to simplification of work of employees, quality improvement and accuracy of the data, emergence of full-fledged opportunities for data analysis operational and accounting.

Today automation project works on the Orenburg formula-feed plant are continued. According to technical specifications in line implementation of subsystems of sales planning, production and purchases, planning of product cost, operational planning of cash flow. Are planned also automation of cost accounting on management accounting, data acquisition for the plan-fact analysis and formation of the summary reporting for the management.
