Company "1C: Bukhchet and Trade (BT)" automated specialized accounting in HCC Rural Builder based on "BT:housing and public utilities 8". In a project deliverable of the company it was succeeded to reduce the debt of tenants on a rent.
HCC Rural Builder is engaged in management of housing stock and the choice of suppliers of housing and communal services. For the company it is important to service quickly clients, besides, precisely to conduct settlement with them. Earlier at the enterprise calculation of utilities, privileges and a penalty fee was conducted manually that was labor-consuming, sometimes there were errors. A system which will allow to keep accounting and specialized account quickly was required.
The program "8" was selected by BIT:housing and public utilities among other competitive solutions as it as much as possible satisfies to business needs and has available implementation cost.
For project implementation invited 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has successful experience of software implementation at the enterprises of housing sector.
The following sections were automated:
- Calculation of charges of a rent and housing and communal services for the fixed rates and indications of metering devices;
- Calculation of privileges taking into account standards of consumption of services;
- Calculation and charge of a penalty fee;
- Calculation of subsidies.
Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) quickly and qualitatively installed the program. In the course of implementation setup of the software product was made, elementary education of users is made, consulting services in different aspects of work are rendered in the program.
Project Results:
- Receivables of tenants were reduced;
- Considerably costs for conducting settlings with tenants and service providers decreased;
- There was an opportunity to keep account of charges and payments on personal accounts;
- Service of subscribers in real time using a card of the personal account;
- There was an opportunity to control cash flows.
