The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation of trade processes in Spiraks Sarko Engineering. The implemented system - "1C: Trade Management 8".
Start
Rapid growth of order amount became premises to the project of automation in Spiraks Sarko Engineering. Significantly labor costs of employees increased during the work with orders. There were difficulties in an inventory control: errors, confusion in the analysis of a remaining balance, persortiyets. The management did not obtain the necessary consolidated data for job analysis of the organization.
For fall forward of processing of client orders, purchase planning, performance improvement of work of employees and quality of warehousing the new information system allowing to automate management of a goods turnover in a complex was required. As in the company all functions connected with merchandising (planning of orders, purchases, supplier orders, shipments on a warehouse, sending goods to the client) are executed by department of logistics, automation of this department became the main objective of the project.
As the implementer the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT), and as a basis of an information system - the solution "1C: Trade Management 8" was selected.
Solution
During the project 20 jobs are automated. Time expenditure of employees at accomplishment of daily warehouse tasks is considerably reduced: now on execution of each task at the employee only several minutes, instead of several hours leave earlier.
Details
Achieved these results due to automation of an inventory control and adaptation of a system under specifics of storage of goods in the company. In a warehouse full account including difficult parts which can be ungrouped in a system on component parts, appropriating to each of them a certain commodity category is kept now. All this allowed to get rid of confusion and errors in names of goods, both when collecting, and at shipment of orders, to liquidate regrading and arising earlier with respect thereto contingencies within compensation of losses. Significantly purchase planning and stocks improved.
A new system ensured accurate and operational functioning with suppliers. Earlier the procedure of order placement was performed manually, was long and did not leave time for the analysis and the choice of the most profitable option of delivery.
The mechanism of planning of warehouse stocks implemented by specialists of BIT company allowed to carry out the analysis of a remaining balance and to automatically create supplier orders for replenishment of safety stocks. A new system allowed to accelerate accomplishment of orders of buyers, to provide uninterrupted operation and timeliness of deliveries for accomplishment of customer orders and maintenance of normative safety stocks.
Automation of routine processes of accounting allowed to increase the speed of accomplishment of orders of buyers repeatedly. Control of the movement of goods is organized.
Interaction
In a project deliverable the staff of Spiraks Sarko Engineering can quickly keep account of the movement of goods, including, being en route. A new system allows to control on what implementation phase there are goods whether it goes from suppliers or is on the way to the client. It solved a problem of "stop" of goods for the unknown reasons and, as a result, stabilized timeliness of delivery of the order. Data exchange between 1C: Trade Management 8 and 1C: Accounting 8 and also automatic transfer in the form of spreadsheets of the data necessary for representatives of the company in other cities of Russia is configured.
Results
The implemented 1C: Trade Management 8 system allowed to increase considerably labor productivity of employees, to quadruple the speed of accomplishment of orders of buyers, to organize control of the movement of goods, to improve order management and to liquidate regrading.

We began to use resources of employees more rationally. Now instead of "manual clogging of digits" in spreadsheets employees can concentrate on accomplishment of the fundamental obligations and development of the company.
