HK "Donbass" strengthens management of club of implementation of ERP

The hockey club Donbass begins implementation of the club information management system on the basis of the sports solution of NORBIT company. The project in HK Donbass is the first example of use of experience of automation of the leading world sports clubs in the Ukrainian practice of club management.

Objectives

The club information management system of HK Donbass is designed to increase quality of a financial and business activity of the Donetsk club and by that to provide necessary conditions for achievement of high sports results and strengthening of the leading positions of Donbass in the field of professional hockey.

We want that in our club management was delivered at the level of the leading clubs of the National Hockey League (NHL). Business process automation will allow us to concentrate on the solution of priority tasks - to play more productively and to please the fans with new victories".

Based on the closed tender the partner of Donbass in development of the system of management selected NORBIT company.

Solution

As a program basis of the project of automation the NORBIT company offered HK Donbass own development - the Russian analog of the solution of Microsoft.

The club management system Donbass will be based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX software product and will cover information support practically of all financial and economic business processes. The functionality of a system will extend to maintaining base of players, conditions of contracts and results of physical examinations of hockey players. A system will also allow to automate process of purchasing activity and sales management of tickets, club subscriptions and souvenirs.
