" Em-Si Baukhemi" began system implementation of management of maintenance and repairs of TRIM-PMS

The company" Em-Si Baukhemi" began implementation of the information management system with maintenance and repairs on a software platform of TRIM-PMS. The project is implemented by the enterprise with assistance of consultants of Aytiem company.

Important problems of modern high technology production, such as" Em-Si Baukhemi", maintenance of operability of technology equipment, ensuring its high readiness and reliability, process management of maintenance and repair (MRO), including costs for a MRO which affect product cost are. These difficult tasks require the corresponding information support and automation of a number of functions of personnel without what implementation of these or that managerial the practician meets serious difficulties. In this regard in" Em-Si Baukhemi" the implementation project of the information management system of a MRO (MRO ISU) began.

Implementation of TRIM-PMS began in April, 2011 at the plant" Em-Si Baukhemi" in the Leningrad Region. At the initial stage of the project specialists" Aytiem" carried out work within the low budget" express implementation" aiming – to give fast start to work of the customer with a system. The TRIM-PMS complex was unrolled on the customer's server, connection of users will be performed in the mode of terminal access. Consultants" Aytiem" conduct a five-day introduction course according to standard regulations of use of TRIM-PMS. Training was organized for key users from mechanical-repair management of the enterprise. The training purpose – to give basic knowledge how to fill a system with accounting passport data on the equipment how to plan works on a MRO how to enter reports on their accomplishment how to use the analytical report forms which are available in TRIM-PMS how to make out arrival and an expense of spare parts how to create directories of spare parts, etc.
