Faculty of journalism of MSU (BIT-AVROBUS: Calculation of grants)

At faculty of journalism Lomonosov Moscow State University the AVRO-BUS company completed the works on automation of settlings with students on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. As at faculty of journalism Lomonosov Moscow State University more than two thousand students study on a paid basis, planned finance division keeps account of payment for training in agreements. Earlier settlings with students were conducted manually that occupied a large number of time. Besides, there was no opportunity to analyze and plan calculations.

Automation allowed the staff of faculty to maintain the single database of students in the ERP system, to keep account of agreements with students, to register receipts on training payment, to register the payment facts, to create the payment schedule and debts on payment, to create the report on the issued, but not paid receipts, to put through the plan - component analysis of settlings with students.
