Accounting and tax accounting in Oktyabrsky pereulok 9 Condominium is automated on 1C: Enterprise platform 8, using configuration 1C: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC (the former name of the program — 1C:VDGB: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC).
The management of Oktyabrsky pereulok 9 Condominium made the decision on automation of accounting of housing and public utilities using implementation of the unified information system. As the software solution for implementation of an assigned task the industry solution of 1C was selected: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC — the program which considers specifics of work of the different enterprises of the industry of housing and communal services.

- possibility of allocation of costs on the buildings assigned to a certain master or division;
- formation of acts on the performed works;
- report generation on costs, including the reference cost calculation.
