Molservice (1C:Enterprise 8. Milk plant)

In Molservice company automation managerial and accounting on the basis of the solution "1C is complete: Milk plant 8". 60 jobs are automated.

The Molservice company is engaged in production and sale of maslosyrodelny products. The project of automation was implemented for the purpose of creation of a single system of accounting, control, planning and the analysis on activities of the client. The project team consisted of specialists of IT department of the customer, the staff of 1C:VDGB and Mediasoft companies.

Within the project the following subsystems are configured: NSI, Sales, Purchases, Warehouses, Personnel, Production, Fixed assets, Management of repairs, Salary, Planning, Money, Accounting, Control of motor transport, Budgeting, Consolidated statements.

The project is implemented in one and a half years. In 2010 development of the ERP system by implementation of functionality of accounting of finished goods / semi-finished products by dates and developments (reflection) of business processes of CIS using the corresponding subsystem "1C:Enterprise 8" is planned. Also deeper implementation of management subsystems repairs, the Personnel and automation of process of salary accrual in compliance with the client's provisions on compensation is supposed.

The choice as the automation system of accounting of product 1C: The milk plant Molservice Ltd company was caused first of all by a ratio of cost of ownership of a system of a similar class (ERP) and carrying out express inspection of the main competitive solutions and risks assessments of the project.
