Implementation of the 1C: Accounting software product in Ekonomon LLC

Implementation of the software product 1C: Accounting 8 in instrument-making company "EKOMON" is carried out by specialists of 1C:VDGB company. As a result the management of customer company received the modern and effective management tool accounting activity.

The EKOMON Ltd company projects and makes the stationary system (instrumentations) of the analysis of the departing boiler gases of a status of the stopped boiler and control of ignition of KGA-8S.

The 1C: Accounting 8 program was selected for automation of accounting and tax accounting from EKOMON Ltd as it allows to implement any scheme of accounting, and can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components. The selected configuration represents almost ready-made solution for automation of the majority of sections of accounting.

Based on 1C: Accounting 8 in Ekomon Ltd the following sections of accounting are automated:

• conducting accounting and tax accounting of business activities of several organizations in one information base;
• settlings with advance holders;
• settlings with the organizations;

• settlings with personnel on compensation;
• calculations for income tax;
• lot-based accounting;

• cost accounting and cost accounting;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• calculations for the VAT;
• the regulated reporting;
• tax accounting;
• integration with other subsystems.

The technique of accounting provides simultaneous registration of each entry of economic transaction in program 1C, both on accounts of accounting, and on necessary cuts of analytical accounting, quantitative and currency accounting. Users can independently manage an accounting technique within setup of account policy and also create new sub-accounts and cuts of analytical accounting.

The 1C: Accounting 8 program is implemented without significant configuration changes. Are held demonstrations by specialists of "1C:VDGB", installation and elementary education to work with program 1C. The client is on information and technology support.
