In Administration of the Silver and Prudsky municipal district of the Moscow region since December, 2010 the electronic document management system "CASE" developed companies "Electronic Office Systems" (EOS) is put into operation. Earlier in Administration work with documents was not automated that created difficulties assembled of analytical information, document registration, control of completion dates, etc. The choice of the CASE system is caused by broad functionality and successful experience of its operation more than 400 administrations of different level. Among successful projects of the SoftExpert company performing implementation, workflow automation using EDMS "DELO" in Administration of Tula region, Administration of the municipal entity Tula, more than in thirty administrations of municipal entities of Tula region and also in Administration Reutov of the Moscow region, departments and managements of the Ministry of social protection of the population of the Moscow region and Arbitration court of the Moscow region.

In the course of implementation works on software installation, inspection and the analysis of the existing schemes of document flow, setup, according to results, reference books of a system and user training were carried out.

As a result of works sections of registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence, citizens' appeals, internal administrative documents, section of accounting of agreements were automated. The add-on module allowing to collect statistics on the number of addresses for a certain time frame is developed for section on work with citizens' appeals. On section of registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence the additional option "Line Scanning" allowing to make a fast transfer of paper documents in an electronic form is set.

All structural divisions of Administration are united in uniform base that provides a full stroke of work with documents, since registration and issue of order before preparation of the answer and write-off of the document in case. A part of divisions carries out work with the help of a subsystem of "DELO-WEB" which provides access to a system from any computer connected to the Internet.

Further implementation of technology of line scanning on section in work with citizens' appeals and also increase in number of jobs of a system and phased transition to exchange of internal documents on paperless technology is planned. Thus, premises for creation of a system of electronic interaction between the different organizations at the level of the municipal district form.
