Ufaneftekhim (SAP ERP)

JSC ANC Bashneft, SAP CIS and JSC SITRONICS completed the implementing solution SAP ERP for management of key business processes of subsidiary company JSC ANC Bashneft JSC Ufaneftekhim.

In the near future the SAP ERP system will be replicated on other oil processing enterprises of holding: JSC Novoil, JSC Ufa Oil Refinery, JSC Ufaorgsintez. Project deadlines made 7 months that became one of the fastest SAP implementations of ERP of similar complexity in Russia.

The SAP ERP system is implemented within the three-year comprehensive program of transformation of business processes of the key enterprises of fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Bashneft Production LLC, JSC Ufaneftekhim, JSC Novoil, JSC UNPZ, JSC Ufaorgsintez, JSC Bashkirnefteprodukt). Business processes of financial activities, management accounting (controlling), poperedelny accounting of productive activity, logistics, purchases, shipments of products, property management, maintenance and repairs of the equipment, support of investment projects are automated. The project is directed to increase in effective management of holding, creation of a common information space and unification of key management of the enterprises entering into JSC ANC Bashneft.

As integrator in the project the SITRONICS Bashkortostan company acted – from its party more than 50 consultants took part in the project. SAP CIS performed support in a number of methodological and conceptual issues. Work was performed on the directions, key and at the same time new to projects at the oil processing enterprises, with direct participation of SAP consultants of the CIS. Other partners also were involved in implementation of separate modules.

Now in a system more than 600 users work. IT infrastructure is unrolled in the mobile data processing center delivered SITRONICS.

One of key advantages of the implemented solution is the possibility of account of a consumption of ingredients and development of components of fuel which is kept every day for commodity production of JSC Ufaneftekhim. Fixing of the materials given on logistics allows to calculate product cost and semi-finished products, to control them on cost types, to compare and analyze planned and actual costs more than on 40 installations working at the plant. Account of results of process of mixing of components when receiving fuel is kept in the mode approximate to real time that gives up-to-date and complete information for process control of shipments. In the course of accounting of shipments data of agreements with suppliers and transport companies are used that allows to perform the detailed collecting of transportation costs by consignees.

Since December 9, 2010 in management company of holding, JSC Ufaneftekhim, JSC Novoil, JSC UNPZ, JSC Ufaorgsintez and other enterprises the solution "Personnel management" based on HCM SAP ERP was put into productive operation that allowed to unify settlement processes of the salary and also personnel administration, accounting of sheets and business trips, reporting. In the project the partner SITRONICS took part in Bashkortostan – Alekta LLC.

In November, 2010 development of the system of the centralized maintaining the qualifier and the uniform reference book of materials for management company and the JSC Ufaneftekhim enterprises, JSC Novoil, JSC UNPZ, JSC Ufaorgsintez is complete. Creation of a single system of the accounting and management reporting based on SAP BW is planned for 2011.
