VK ProfMedia: Microsoft Dynamics CRM for sales management of advertizing time

Before implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM VK "ProfMedia" used for database maintenance on clients, transactions and commercial offers local Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Access). The lack of the specialized solution for sales management seriously complicated the general coordination of commercial work and did not allow to control quickly sales volumes and the diagram of advertizing time. A large number of time was taken away by processes of approval of documents, discounts and commercial offers, the efficiency of customer interaction as a result suffered. Besides current information the solution did not allow to carry out efficiency evaluation of customer service and quality of work of managers of commercial services.

The project of development and deployment of a corporate CRM system for commercial service VKPM pursued several key problems of automation:

• increase in transparency of business processes selling advertizing;
• systematization of commercial data;
• increase in level of client service;
• increase in efficiency of execution of working activities;
• creation of the tool for monitoring and performance monitoring of a system of sales.

As a software platform for a corporate CRM system the solution Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 which opportunities allowed to consider key requirements of VKPM to the automation system of sales of advertizing time was selected:

• opportunity implementation by means of a system of structure and key stages of industry business sales processes;
• ensuring centralized operation and control of sales on all radio stations of corporation;
• the automated instruments of control of completion dates of tasks in
• ensuring convenience and efficiency of work of non-management employees of the company;
• integration about traffic system and a financial system;
• scaling option and expansions of a system on automation of adjacent processes.

As the consultant on the project of development of the CRM system for VK of Professional Media the NORBIT company which proposed as a basis systems own project solution for media of business implemented taking into account experience of automation of the leading media companies of Russia acted: Communication Aegis Media group, Afisha Industries, ID "Alpina Business of Axle boxes", CITY-FM and Relax FM radio stations (M-PUL + Ltd) and others.

The solution developed by NORBIT for VKPM is implemented and is used in commercial services "Avtoradio", "Radio "Alla"", "Energy of FM", "Humour of FM" and corporate sales department of corporation.
